She goes above and beyond to help you find a place of your liking, speaks with the landlords for you and arranges everything you’ll need to secure the space you desire in Mazatlan. She is a delight to meet and it’s so helpful that she speaks perfect English. We arranged to meet with her after we arrived to see the rental we were interested in …no need to worry, she is very trustworthy and professional and works to ensure you are completely happy with your home away from home. She even arranged for the bottled water to be delivered right to our door, negotiated with our landlord, and gave us insights on the neighbourhood. We are able to contact at any time and she was entirely happy to assist us. If you’re looking to spend some time in Mazatlan, Ale is the best of the best realtor around. (5/5) Ale was an absolute delight to work with and was immensely helpful in finding us our new home in Mazatlan. She was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. Ale went above and beyond what I expected from an agent. She even came over on moving day to ensure everything went smoothly! She was instrumental in helping me find the ideal property even though I wasn’t sure what I wanted. She never pushes and is fully knowledgeable of each property. On a personal note she picked up that I was looking for a doctor that spoke English. 2 weeks after closing she contacted me with the ideal location. We had a bit of an emergency once we arrived in Mazatlan, but with Alejandra’s help we had a new place to call home that same day.
