(5/5) I want to thank Jesus for an awesome job he did in selling our condo and helping us find our beautiful new home in Cabo San Lucas. He made the process stress free, sharing his knowledge all during the process. This was more detailed, as we were foreign citizens buying and selling in Cabo. He was professional, honest and provided resources so could understand the process and taxes. He was prompt in his responses; and you could tell he was top notch because there were multiple things, he needed to guide the buyer’s agent from another organization too! He handled that with grace and without judgement. He was always available for home tours and provided us with the information we needed to make an informed decision and investment. We were so happy with him that we requested his assistance to place an offer on a new home in Cabo! The promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic sale and purchase process very simple. I’ve listened to his and the Ronival podcasts to educate myself on things we needed to know, and I did not find that with any other agency in Cabo. What a novel idea to educate us on real estate transactions in Mexico. I’ve already recommended Jesus to others that are looking for a quality agent. What an unbelievable experience this has been. We got the best agent in Cabo San Lucas!

(5/5) My parents and I worked with Jesus to purchase two condos in Cabo. I was very apprehensive about purchasing property in Mexico, particularly pre-development. I was also a bit hesitant, as some of the initial agents we spoke with were reminiscent of agents in Southern California - focused on making a commission and not interested in listening to what I am looking for in a home. From the very first Zoom call, my parents and I knew that wasn't the case with Jesus. He has gone above and beyond for us throughout the entire buying process and follow up after. It is uncommon to experience that kind of excellent customer service in any industry, let alone residential real estate, so I am so thankful to have worked with Jesus. (5/5) Professional - Fast - Honest - KnowledgeableAs a hobby, I flip through real estate videos on the internet. When I see something I like, I shoot off questions. Rarely getting a response, I was surprised to immediately get a response from Jesus Valenzuela’s team from Ronival. My wife and I were taking a trip down to Cabo, with no intention of buying a house, but nonetheless we organized a time to tour around with Jesus.Jesus Valenzuela is a young man who speaks perfect American English and is very knowledgeable about real estate laws in Mexico. He was astonishingly honest, pointing out the good and bad points of each property and never veered over the set budget. I was shocked he didn't try to upsell us into something more pricey.Later on in the trip, I stumbled on a different location which was quite far from the houses we saw in Cabo San Lucas. I decided, however, to contact Jesus because I couldn't imagine trying to purchase without someone I could trust. We had already returned to the USA but I was still intrigued with this area. Jesus put together a portfolio of options and visited the property I chose. He also organized a legal team to perform the due diligence and helped negotiate the deal.In the end, it paid off because not only did we purchase the house but Jesus helped negotiate for the vehicles, ATV and other toys. The owner, whom we have also become friends with, was very impressed with Jesus and the team he put together.It should be noted, up to the actual closing, I had never set foot in the house. The only thing that made it possible was the trust I had developed in Jesus Valenzuela.

We felt he always looked out for us even at showings where he didn’t let people waste our time . He always answered my calls and frantic questions with ease.
