(5/5) On Friday afternoon I contacted Joan at Quality Realty and by Saturday evening I was ready to sign on the dotted line. As my family and I were very new to SMA, we were unfamiliar with the area. Joan picked us up and proceeded to show us four impeccable properties. It was extremely hard to choose until I walked into the fourth house and I knew it was my new home. Rocio, who is also an associate of the company, took us to meet the owner of the property on Monday. There was a property manager at the meeting. We did a walk through and on Tuesday we signed all paperwork. As an added bonus, while driving with either of these ladies we were apprised of the different neighborhoods, which veterinarian is best, where to buy necessary items, etc. Joan also put me in touch with a lovely mechanic to help us find a car and an immigration lawyer, both of whom I have hired. Thank you to Joan and Rocio for being so helpful and professional.

(5/5) We are lucky enough to say we have traveled and rented homes all over the world and SMAQR is without a doubt the best rental experiences we’ve encountered. We reached out to Joan several months before our arrival to set the stage. We spoke by phone several times as our arrival loomed even closer in order to manage our respective expectations. The day after we arrived, there she was 10am sharp at our Airbnb. As luck would have it, the first ‘fully furnished-long term” property would be the one we settled on, but only after two more exhaustive weeks looking with Joan & Rocio. It just goes to show the lengths they will go to find you the perfect place. They listen, and put their 12+ years of experience and knowing this market and the quality rental properties they represent, to work for you.
