(1/5) I have had a lot of experience purchasing property around the world. Never have I experienced such poor quality of service and dishonesty until working with Coldwell Banker Smart SMA. I worked with Danna Lucanzo who cost me thousands of dollars by not doing her job properly by writing a list of punch list items of repairs. When contacting her Brooker Daniel Ortiz on several occasions I received zero response. Realtors expect 6% Commission same as US Realtors and they have no clue what they are doing!

Because there are always mysteries and hidden secrets in these ancient homes; because there are endless restrictions in what we can or cannot do in the protected UNESCO historic center of town. There are always surprises in a “innocent” renovation like fixing a leaking wall or a toilet drain. Suddenly someone might show up with a Stop Work order and put an indefinite Hold on your hot to trot project and throw your deadline out of the window. All those obstacles happened to our project. But thanks to Daniel and his team of professionals we raced to the finish line with victory. Thanks Daniel for your critical review from the beginning, we got our home fixed!
