Es muy atento a los detalles, flexible, puntual y sumamente profesional. Realiza visitas semanales para asegurarse de que todo funcione perfectamente, organiza limpiezas mensuales y prepara la casa para nuestras visitas, siempre yendo más allá de lo esperado. Además, su tarifa es muy competitiva. Recomiendo ampliamente a Luis; su compromiso y dedicación hacen que la gestión de la propiedad sea mucho más sencilla y confiable. Sin duda, Luis y Merida Centro son elección que vale muchísimo la pena.

(5/5) Hands down the best! Ross was tireless in his search for our first house in Merida. We toured neighbourhoods, saw a vast array of houses, and Ross was always very clear about the pros and cons of each, had great ideas about how to reconfigure and restore, and introduced us to no end of people to help us with the project. From the big (which house should we buy?) to the mundane (how do we pay for electricity?), Ross is well-versed and well-connected. You can't make a mistake by choosing him!

(5/5) I worked with Ross on my first house in Merida. He walked me through the confusing process of first time buying and all the contracts involved. He gave me good advice on locations and he has a great design sense and can see the possibilities of buildings. He has built two beautiful homes, and is now working on a third. So he knows Merida inside and out.

(5/5) Before I met Ross, I'd dealt with realtors who showed me a few houses and then disappeared, or tried to show me houses that were nothing like what I was looking for. Ross listened carefully to what I wanted, and showed me terrific houses I would never have found on my own (many realtors just show you the same houses that appear on multiple websites). His great design sense and practical experience of beautifully renovating homes of his own here is also super helpful when assessing potential homes. His Merida Centro Real Estate website is user-friendly and has better property descriptions and pictures than most. It's the link I send to friends who are thinking about buying in Merida.

He could not have been more attentive, and totally understood our budget and what we were looking for (better than we did ourselves!)...I would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone considering buying real estate in Merida.
