(1/5) I do not recommend RE/MAX MID in Temozón. I paid the requested deposit to reserve a rental based on false information from their agent, Katherine Tosquy, who assured me the garage would fit my vehicle. I was in the U.S. at the time, so my elderly mother went on my behalf. Despite being fully informed of the car model, the agent confidently confirmed it would fit — but when I visited, it was clear it didn’t. They misled us just to close the deal and take their commission, and now they refuse to return the money — even though their own policy states refunds apply when the issue is on their end. I personally went to speak with Nuri Lizárraga, who received the deposit, but she never showed up. Instead, a man named Hugo Sánchez dismissed the situation, claiming it's not their responsibility to provide accurate information regarding the properties they promote. It’s unacceptable how they took advantage of a senior and disappeared once they got paid. Be very cautious with this office.Note: before posting this review, we gave them some time to make things right but instead, they decided to ignore us.
