(5/5) I had an exceptional experience working with Jeff and Dyna at Vallarta Dream Rentals. From the first moment I reached out through their website, Jeff responded quickly and made the entire process of reserving a condo in Conchas Chinas for the month incredibly easy.He clearly explained the steps to secure the rental, from signing the lease to sending the deposit. As a realtor myself based in Miami, I’ll admit I was initially a bit hesitant about sending money to someone I hadn’t met—but Jeff’s professionalism and clear communication gave me full confidence.Check-in was smooth and well-coordinated. Dyna welcomed us, introduced us to the condo’s caretaker, and made sure everything was in great shape for our arrival. Throughout the month, Jeff stayed in touch via WhatsApp and was always available when questions came up.The level of service and attention to detail was top-notch. I highly recommend working with Jeff and his team if you’re looking for a seamless rental experience in Vallarta. I’ll definitely be booking with Vallarta Dream Rentals again.Thanks again for making our stay so enjoyable!

(5/5) Our experiences with Puerto Vallarta Dreams was very good. Jeff and Alma went out of their way to make sure our winter stay in Vallarta was a great one. My husband and I both agree this couple are dedicated to their clients, and go the extra mile. We had a problem a raise, and were pleased with how dedicated Alma was with finding a solution. We enjoyed good communication, and were very satisfied with our experience.. I highly recommend Puerto Vallarta Dreams to anyone that wants to rent in PV. We rent yearly, and are so please that we now have agents that we feel completely comfortable with.

(5/5) Alma and Jeff are just great! They made not only the sale of our house go through but enabled us to not pay capital gains taxes in Mexico . Without their help we would have found the process extremely difficult! As they are bilingual dealing with English speakers we so easy plus the fact that they are such a nice couple and we very receptive to our questions and anxieties. I would definitely use them again and have no doubts about referring them to others dealing with all the, often complicated requirements of Mexican realty!

(5/5) I have never experienced help like I did with Jeff and his wife Alma. He continued to be helpful even after I moved in and was very helpful in responding to my request to see the apartment. I was the first one to see it and rented it right away and he was very attentive and also his wife Alma I recommend Puerto Vallarta dreams as your realtor!

(5/5) We stayed for a few months at the concept 180 in Puerto Vallarta with Jeff and Alma's Vallarta Dream agency. The accommodation is very well furnished and equipped. The furniture is taken care of even in the furnishings. The kit is functional and of good quality, there is even a dishwasher! Sometimes from the terrace whales are spotted passing by with their cub. But the wonder is the sight of the miracle that nature draws every evening: a moving sunset over the ocean! What can I say it was a wonderful experience.
