(5/5) Marco is awesome. We originally found the house we purchased on Facebook and Marco did a great job finding comparables, which helped with the decision making. He then worked with the other realtor to make everything happen, from home inspection all the way to the final signing. He was very patient with us and the closing had to be delayed several times due to factors outside of anyone's control (and some of our own doing, turns out transferring large sums of money to Mexico isn't always straight forward), but he took it all in stride. I would 100% recommend using Marco for buying a house in Mexico.

(5/5) We recently booked a 3 day stay at Quinta del Mar in the Flamingos area of Nuevo Vallarta. While we LOVED the accommodation, I am commenting here on the excellent and responsive service we received from booking to checkout, from Alejandra (and Marco) at MexPat Realtors property management. I will definitely book through them again in the future and recommend to anyone confidently. 5 star service for sure.

(5/5) I so enjoyed working with Silvia Herrera of Mexpat Realtors while on a recent trip to Puerto Vallarta. From our first contact, I knew that I was comfortable with her knowledge of the locale and professionalism in the area of real estate.We spoke on line before I arrived and she was able to present me with an individualized portfolio of properties to visit. I really appreciated her efforts to organize our tour of them for a single day. It was an efficient use of time, which is important during a busy stay in Puerto Vallarta. Silvia is aware and responsive to the needs of her clients.On a personal note, Silvia is the perfect person for me to start my investigation of buying a home away from home. She is easy to talk to, sincere, and patient. I feel entirely confident in her and she will definitely be my representative going forward.

(5/5) All I can say is WOW...Outstanding service! We have been snow-birding in Puerto Vallarta for 10 years and for the first time, rented a long-term stay at one of the condos MexPat Realtors manage. We were so impressed with the accommodations and service provided by them. MexPat managers were very friendly and professional; attentive to the supplies, even for a long-term stay, and were extremely responsive to occasional needs. We look forward to next year!

(5/5) We have rented through Mexpat before this stay. They are easy to work with and very responsive to any needs or concerns that may arise during the stay. We have stayed at the Quinta Del Mar condos, two different ones. The units are well appointed those these were older units that had some interesting character. One thing to note: you are a guest here. The majority of owners, if they are around, are very welcoming and friendly. On occasion you may encounter one, like we did, who felt the need to “mark his territory” even though there was no issue that affected him. Just be mindful and all is good. Of all the many places we have stayed over 30 years this was the first one where encountered an owner like this fellow.

(5/5) My partner and I just started looking for property in Puerto Vallarta and have the great experience of working with Marco Torres. He has been great at communication and providing us with numerous properties to look at prior to our arrival. When we arrived he was able to show us numerous properties in several areas. He is very knowledgeable and about all those areas as we had certain special needs for our property. Although we have not purchased yet we are and will be working with Marco to find the perfect place.
