(5/5) My wife, brother and SIL traveled to SMA for a week last fall, just to “check it out.” While there, to help get the lay of the land, we connected with a friend-of-a-friend, Tiffany Paige. Tiffany was so amazing that by the end of the week we had offers in on two houses and closed on both in December. Tiffany was (and is) so warm and welcoming and knowledgeable of the area. She dedicated an entire day to showing us around the different colonia and toured numerous properties. We then met with her several times after to revisit properties and discuss options. Once our offers were accepted Tiffany basically held our hands throughout the closing process and continues to be a valuable resource, and wonderful friend, post closing. This was the easiest home purchase we’ve ever completed, in no small part thanks to Tiffany and her team. I highly recommend you contact her if you are considering making SMA your home.
