(5/5) Highly recommend working with Joan and Troy!We arrived in San Miguel after doing all sorts of online research and thinking we'd find something easily. After visiting with a few different local real estate folks we just weren't finding what we wanted and it was slow going. My wife contacted Joan and twenty four hours later toured some very viable properties and found our new SMA home!There's so much that is unfamiliar trying to rent/live for the first time in another country. San Miguel Rentables were professional, knowledgeable and really made an otherwise stressful process go smoothly. After sharing stories with other expats we're even more thankful for their expertise and guidance!And four months later we are even happier with our choice of a rental. And it's good to have someone like Joan on your side - we count her as a friend!

(5/5) Troy, and all of the other staff at San Miguel Rentables have been nothing short of amazing!I’m moving into my second home through them very soon, and once again they have made this process stress free and very easy!They have some of the best homes for rent at some of the best rates San Miguel has to offer! Trust me, like most of us I have scoured the Internet! Because this is my second home through them, I see that they definitely keep a company standard within all the homes they choose to represent.They have all been kind, efficient, and very attentive! I can’t wait to move into our new abode!!

Joan, Don and Troy provide an extremely professional and valuable service. We tried at first to do it on our own and we were so fortunate when Joan contacted us and offered to help! We saved time, money and worries!!!!

(5/5) Troy assisted us in finding the perfect rental for the price we were hoping for .He met with us several times to show us the house, he negotiated on our behalf with the owners, helped us complete the signing of the lease. He also provided a wealth of information regarding movers, how to handle the internet service etc. Troy is personable, detailed, very professional and patient. We recommend him to anyone looking for a rental or anyone looking for a tenant in San Miguel de Allende.
