(5/5) I can’t say enough good things. I was staying in an Air B&B managed by San Miguel Management and Real Estare . They were there to meet us at the property when we arrived at 9:30 PM and made our arrival easy and comfortable saying we should call them if we had questions or needed anything. Everything was wonderful….until 2 days later I lost my phone… left it on a park bench. And someone picked it up ….the fact that our travel documents let alone all the financial info was on my phone had me totally stressed. I couldn’t use any of the “find my device” technology . And I don’t speak or understand Spanish. I was lost and had no idea what to do. The next morning I called them. They jumped on it immediately. First, they contacted the radio station which broadcast what to do if someone found it. But no leads. They called my phone until someone finally picked it up. A man who lived more than an hour away. They talked with him and set up a meeting that night. They sent a cab and one of their employees to meet and get the phone. I told Peggy I wanted to give the finder a reward, but didn’t have the cash on me. She said they’d pay the reward and I could settle up later. Things got more complicated when the finder didn’t show up, but they kept at it. The next day, Saturday, the man who had welcomed us when we arrived came to our AirB&B and delivered my phone. On his day off. I can not say enough about the way Peggy, Luis and Maria went far beyond the call of duty to save my phone, vacation ….and possibly my relationship. What they brought was the table was much more than a service. And they were beyond helpful, they were good people committed to solving a problem for one of their client’s clients.

(2/5) We worked with San Miguel Management as our property management company since our property purchase a year and a half ago. We terminated our relationship with them. It takes a dozen emails to multiple people at SMA Management to get anything resolved. We end up having to fly there to get anything done because they are so incompetent. We rented our home through SMA Management to guests and lost money. They are very slow to communicate. The only positive was our amazing housekeeper Elizabeth.
