(5/5) 10 years ago we reached out to a local realtor- Crystal Calderoni. She showed us a few homes then, and her kindness to both us and the local people, made a mark on us. We knew San Miguel de Allende would be home some day. Over the years we exchanged some messages- lightly keeping in contact. November 2024 is when the real search began. Crystal exhibited great diligence in setting appointments and tremendous patience while we visited homes. And when we finally found “the one(!)” she helped us leap every hurdle. Additionally, as soon as the contract process started, we were introduced to her partner, Ale. Ale’s attention to detail was the perfect compliment to this dynamic duo! We were very comfortable moving through the process, knowing every piece was taken care of. And, more importantly, we feel as though we have found friends in these two great ladies! We had a pretty good sense of the type of home we were looking to own and Crystal, quickly and intuitively, set about showing us homes that matched our budget and fulfilled our expectations. She was always generous with her time and made us feel that we were listened to and understood. She steered us to our present home in Guadalupe and we couldn't be more pleased. Also, a big shout out to Crystal's assistant Alejandra who guided us through all the details of making the sale go through flawlessly.

We told Crystal our ‘wish list’ for a home, and she took that to heart and didn’t waste our time showing us houses that didn’t fit the bill. Crystal was generous with her time and patient with us. (We were picky buyers.). Crystal always responded to our questions timely, and guided us through the home buying process with great communication after we returned to the States. It was such a comfort to have someone with impeccable English, who seemed to know everyone in town, and always had a contact to address our wide variety of questions.
