(5/5) Leysan has been absolutely incredible through the entire process of buying a home in Cabo. Everything from finding the perfect home to bringing in the appropriate attorneys for closing and hand holding us every step along the way. She has made the process of buying a home in a foreign country very comfortable for us in addition to helping us get acclimated post close to the area. We had no idea how amazing this journey would be and without Leysan it would have never happened. If your looking to buy a home in Mexico I would strongly encourage and highly recommend not only Selva & Co Realty Los Cabos but more specifically Leysan as she is an amazing human being, realtor, and friend now.

(5/5) My husband and I purchased a home in Cerritos Beach several years ago. It was a new build so the process was arduous and lengthy. By pure luck we connected with Leysan Firdinat at Selva & Co Realty, I have referred many others to Leysan so they did not have to rely on luck 😊 Leysan listened to our needs and fears and met us where we were at. She texted and talked to me countless times after I returned to our home in Colorado. Honestly, if it had not been for Leysan we would not have purchased. The process of buying a home in Mexico is very different from the US. Leysan connected us to everything we needed to purchase our much needed getaway.
