(5/5) I worked with Blanca during the purchase of my condo in La Paz. To me, this was a pretty stressful process, as I was dealing with an escrow company in the US and a financing bank in Mexico. Also, the selling party was a bit difficult to deal with, as they were not always responsive in regards to documentation during the sale process itself. However, during this time, Blanca helped me understand the entire process and to set proper expectations on each step. When something got stuck, she was very quick in figuring out ways to expedite things. All along, I felt I had the best support I could have gotten. I am very happy with my condo purchase but I think I am happier because I felt reassured all along that things were being done the proper way thanks to Blanca's support.
